Meghna Prints in Bangladesh installs Heliostar II gravure press
Earlier this year, Meghna in Bangladesh installed a W&H Heliostar Two gravure press rated at a speed of 400 meters a minute. Meghna has been using locally produced gravure cylinders and locally manufactured inks on the press while achieving the rated speeds on the new printing. The Heliostar II has the fully integrated Due west&H Procontrol/Vision organization for ease of operation and single-point real time information.
The automation features on the press include driven inking rollers, while the Vision organisation provides intelligent and fully integrated web inspection with a 100% defect detection. The Heliostar II at Meghna uses the Piece of cake-Sync-Heliocontrol for improve register setting and control. The printing also features high forcefulness dryers.
